gifts and sacrifices for sins: who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity. And by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins. And no man taketh this honor unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. So also Christ glorified not Himself to be made an High Priest; but He that said unto Him, Thou art My Son, today have I begotten thee. Ezekiel goes on to say that the living creatures were all similar and acted alike. These beings demonstrated complete unity in purpose, there was no jostling for supremacy; they worked as a unified body. Every thought and action was a reflection of the working of the Word; the Living Word, which is Yeshua Jesus. These beings did nothing that was self gratifying or self-promoting; all was done to bring glory and honor to God and we too, like these living creatures, are created with the same purpose in mind. The Spirit must be given full control of our lives; this is not to say that we will not be tempted or live a life that is completely free from sin, but we are behooved to resist temptation and if we fall, we have an Advocate with the Father, the Man Yeshua Jesus our Lord (Proverbs 24:16; 1 John 2:1).
