Verses 15–21

Now as I beheld the living creatures, behold one wheel upon the earth by the living creatures, with his four faces. The appearance of the wheels and their work was like unto the colour beryl: and they four had one likeness: and their appearance and their work was as it were a wheel in the middle of a wheel. When they went, they went upon their four sides: and they turned not when they went. As for their rings, they were so high that they were dreadful; and their rings were full of eyes round about them four. And when the living creatures went, the wheels went by them: and when the living creatures were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up. Whithersoever the Spirit was to go, they went, thither was their spirit to go; and the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels. When those went, these went; and when those stood, these stood; and when those were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up over against them: for the spirit of the living creature was in the wheels.

Brace yourself for a mighty revelation; remember the living creatures are telling a story about man in his reconciled state of holiness as we were before sin severed our face to face fellowship with God. The living creatures became the substitutionary overseers over Eden following this catastrophic event as man could no longer continue to reside there in his fallen state. Just as Adam and Eve disobeyed God and became aware of good and evil; God knew that they would be tempted to disobey Him yet again and eat of the tree of life, thereby living eternally in a condemned state of sin without any hope of reconciliation.

1 Corinthians 15:22 states: For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. Adam and his wife had to leave Eden so that the second Adam Yeshua Jesus would be our bridge and hope of reconciliation with the Father once more. The all knowing Father had a solution for the problem
