The Word of God revolves like a wheel, and the wheel within the wheel is the Word of God in us which He watches over and protects! It is the Word of God in us that keep us from falling into sinful acts, Psalm 119:11 states: Thy word have I hid in my heart, that I might not sin against Thee. It is the Word of God in us that matures us spiritually. As it revolves in us we become aware of the things that are not pleasing to Abba Father. The Spirit of God lives in the spirit of man, He is the One who guides, teaches, and renews the mind through the Word.
Because the LORD God has given us a conscience to know right from wrong, no one in this earth can accuse Him of any wrongdoing. If our conscience is scorched by sin, it dries up and withers away because we have made the decision to reject God and His Word. Therefore the question reverberates, who can accuse the LORD GOD of any wrongdoing? The LORD uses people, life lessons, and even dreams and visions to get the attention of the rebellious; and if these wooing are rejected, He is left with no other choice, but to walk away to the grief of His heart. John 3:16-17 states: For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.

Proverbs 25:11 states: A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver. This Scripture is literally translated, “Spoken upon wheels,” the Hebrew word used in this verse for “fitly” is Ophen [655], it literally means; that which revolves or turns; it can also mean that which occurs in its appointed season. Isaiah spoke of the suffering of Yeshua, The Lord GOD hath given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: He wakeneth morning by morning He wakeneth mine ear to hear as the learned. The Lord GOD hath opened mine ear, and I was not rebellious, neither
