RESUMEN: Notas de la Ley de Cambio Climático. Aplicando criterios de relevancia jurídica, se identifican las siguientes notas características de la Ley 7/2021 de Cambio Climático: complejidad en su elaboración y formulación, establecimiento de precisas obligaciones de resultado, previsión de amplios poderes del ejecutivo, escasa participación autonómica, inclusión de medidas financieras y limitados contenidos reguladores. Todo lo cual lleva a plantear el interrogante de si concurría el grado de necesidad y oportunidad que justificaría la aprobación misma de la nueva Ley.

ABSTRACT. Climate Change Act Notes. Applying criteria of legal relevance, the following characteristic notes of Law 7/2021 on Climate Change are identified: complexity in its elaboration and formulation, establishment of precise obligations of result, provision of broad powers of the executive, low regional participation, inclusion of financial measures and limited regulatory content. All of which raises the question of whether there was a degree of need and opportunity that would justify the very approval of the new Law.
