Garnelenspieße with mango chutney

Serves 4 meals

1 small onion

1 large ripe mango

½-1 red chilli

3-4 tablespoons oil

3-4 tablespoons light balsamic vinegar

1-2 tablespoons honey

Salt and freshly ground pepper

24 shrimp (as fresh or deep freeze around 500 grams;. Headless shell)

3-4 stalks basil

8 wooden skewers

The preparation sequence

Onion peel and finely chop. Mango peel. Pulp from stone crushing and also chop very finely. Chili longitudinally cut, remove seeds, crush under water Wash and finely.

1 tablespoon oil heating. Onion and chilli fry it. Mango cubes so to. sauté 2 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Vinegar and Honey stir. simmer 2-3 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. let cool chutney.

Frozen shrimp thaw. Shrimp peel, Enddärmen, polka dots underwater washing and dry. In each case 3 shrimp stuck on 1 skewer.

2-3 tablespoons Heat oil. Garnelenspieße fry around 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Basil underwater washing and, until something shred into strips. Under the chutney stir. Arrange everything and bring to the table. Garnish with basil.
