The Mecklenburg winter salad with wax soft eggs

Ingredients for 4 meals

6 eggs (size M)

1 head radicchio salat

2 tubers red chicory

1 lettuce

60 Grams Salad mayonnaise sauce

75 grams of whole milk yoghurt

1 large spoon olive oil

1 small spoon brighter balsamic vinegar

25 milliliters of lemon juice

Salt and pepper from the mill

60 grams inserted anchovies

1 Bed Garden cress

The preparation process

Eggs so the. 8 minutes to cook, deter and leave to cool.
