Lighter winter salad with roast beef meat

1/2 frisée salad
1 oak-leaf salad
100 grams of lettuce

2 small spoon fig mustard sauce
1 small spoon maple syrup
5 large spoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper from the mill

The preparation process
